Sue Walton

Sue is a self-taught planner who specializes in small SMERFS;  she also manages several small associations.  Sue started her career on July 4th, 1987. Sue is a self professed  MeCo addict and has been a member since January 6th, 2006 and a moderator since January 8, 2006. Convention South Magazine where Sue is a member of the Editorial Board has named her as person to watch in 2012.  She loves the many challenges of being a planner and wonders why she did not find the profession sooner.

Friday's moderator is active in several civic organizations, including the Ethical Humanist Society of Chicago where she is  Secretary of the Board of Trustees and the Better Cities Committee of Illinois.  Unusual factoid about Sue: she also teach students economics via distance learning for the Henry George Institute.
